I'm not sure, but I'm assuming that Eric would like to subscribe his
hotmail address to the ecs-list?

If so, I'm not too sure what problems he might be having.  The only
thing I can think of is that when he replies to the "confirmation"
message, he must make sure that he is sending to the entire e-mail
address (ecs-list.......@netbloc.com)
