It's inherently not possible reliably. The problem is that there is no
Internet standard for such receipt notices, so most e-mail client
manufacturers invented their own methods. Bottom line: if you are lucky,
you may get a receipt if the other user also uses Netscape, but it may fail
if he uses Eudora or Outlook Express.

I'm not sure if Netscape even has such a setting.
