Lat/long beta upload

ECSB.ZIP (available via our web page) is ABOUT to be uploaded
and incorporates the changes below. ECS/DOS is NOT included.
TONY: Please let me know if there are any problems with the
new latitude/longitude stuff.

	4.0.014 (01/02/98)

    45)	ECS/DOS: Fixed a bug which could cause the message counts
(as displayed at the top of each screen) to be "corrupted"
on exit from the Message Screen.

    46)	Added LAMP/BULB icon files as required to match all brightness
	levels.

* 47)	W95 BUG DISCOVERED: What I THOUGHT was an ECS bug turned out
to be a W95 bug, as I have recreated the problem with other
software (such as NetScape): If you display a drop-down menu
whose top appears at or near the top of the monitor screen, W95
will quickly select a response "for you" and clear the menu.
The response selected is that which overlays the original
field when the menu is displayed. The only way to make another
selection is to hold down the mouse button until it is positioned
over the desired response. I don't know if this bug exists in W98.

* 48)	The SWITCH Icon has been renamed to SWITCH-1.
PLEASE MAKE ANY REQUIRED CHANGES TO ECS.CFG.

    49)	Two new bitmap icons have been added (SWITCH-2 & HOME).

	4.0.015 (01/13/98)

    50)	ECS now supports more time zones for the
SUNRISE-TIME/SUNSET-TIME
Items. Also, negative latitudes may now be denoted via a setting
of 90 minus the latitude (e.g. 91 would denote a latitude of -1)
and negative longitudes may be denoted via a setting of 180 minus
the longitude (e.g. 181 would denote a longitude of -1).
