OK Tom,
Create a STATE-HOLDER Item named "Dusk-30",
with a sub-type of TIME, and no Initial State.
Then in your SUNRISE/SUNSET Event, insert the following
lines AFTER the line which sets SUNSET-TIME to CALCULATE:

	Do	Dusk-30		Set		Sunset-Time
	Do	Dusk-30		Subtract	30
