I am running ECS 4.0 on a 60 MHZ Pentium with 24 meg of RAM.  It seems to
handle things okay but the TTS is very slow.  Will creating a RAM-Disk speed
this up in ECS 4.0?  How do I create a ram disk-do I just assign a new drive
name in the settings program?
