Help!

I'm having problems w/ VR / MS SAPI SDK.  I ca't figure out how to train the
system.  I've gone through all of the menus/ sub menus in VR and can't figure
out how to train it.  My recognition rate is very poor right now.  TTS ect
works fine. 

Any help would be appreciated!!
