Mark,

I'm with you until I click on the General button. When I do that I get a large
dialog box with two slider bars. One is Accuracy vs. responce time and the
other is Rejection vs. Recognition. The only other thing in the box is OK and
Cancel buttons. There are no menus tabs or anything else. I wonder if there's
maybe two versions?

I'm not sure what to do next
