Sorry guys, my experiences with VR are VERY limited.
VR.EXE is not much more than a means by which one
can access the various capabilities as supported
by the installed VR engine. Hopefully, someone more
knowledgable than I can bail me out of this one :-)
NOTE: You might try posting questions to
microsoft.public.speech_tech.sdk.
