Thanks VERY much for the kind offer Bill.
Turns out that MS now allows for the download of
the TTS/VR engines ONLY (without the SDK stuff).
These self-extracting .EXE's are at
http://www.microsoft.com/iit/license.htm.
They are only around 7 meg each (worst case).
I just need to document this.
