Hi Greg, Switch the two engines and it will work. I know it doesn't seem right, but this is documented :-): Special Parameters for this Type: Speech Engine: Identifies the speech engine which will route speech thru Voice-Interface-C (or " " for none). If you find that speech "stutters" (indicating that your PC is not fast enough), select an engine designated "for telephone", as these output at a reduced rate (do NOT use these engine as the Phone Engine). Phone Engine: Identifies the speech engine which will route speech thru Phone-Interface-C (or " " for none). Do NOT use any designated as "for telephone".
