This is a call in the wilderness :-)
I just installed the NEW redistributable MS TTS
engine file, and uninstalled the sizable MS SAPI 3.0
on my ECS PC, THINKING that it would no longer be needed.
TTS then failed with an error # that is not even
documented. I installed the TTS engines again to no avail.
Has anyone done their INITIAL install of TTS via this
new download ? Thanks
