I am running ECST ver 4.0. I have a HomeVision PC. New toy. Have not
tried any of the Digital Ins or outs. The X10 works fine. Unplugged my
Cm-111 thing. Now trying to get IR to work. HomeVision keeps track of IR
signals it will recognize by Device Code and Key Code. You set this up
Independent of ECS. Now I push an IR Button and using Cntl-X and Capture
On I can see the info coming to ECS. I have attached the cpt.tmp file.
How do I get ECS to act on this. The item IR-Signal-J only has states from
0-255, and I'm getting a two byte Hex number.
Also with HomeVision you learn some IR Codes that you want him to transmit.
No problem, again done offline to ECS. Now how do you tell ECS to tell
HomeVision to transmit one of your learned signals?
CAPTURE ON
PLC2J-RX (13:54:39):A1 Received IR Code = 1D DB <CR><LF>
PLC2J-RX (13:54:42):A1 Received IR Code = 1D 9B <CR><LF>

Thanks for any helpful hints, Frank Herron
