Subject: From: Date: | Carrol Touch Touchscreens, computers, misc. 10BaseT stuff for sale Michael David Tue, 26 Jan 1999 01:52:25 -0500 |
Hi Folks!
Sorry I have been so quiet lately - but then perhaps many of you have found
that a releif! :) Work + pregnant wife + 19 month old girl = No Time!
Anyway, I have deicded to sell 5 of those grey scale Carroll Touch
touchscreens with their accompanying P133 computers. I really want to sell
each touchscreen with a computer, since I won't need one without the other.
The price for the combo: $500.00
You all know a lot about the touchscreens (if not, let me know), so here's
the poop on the computers, which are in excellent condition; they've had
little use. I bought them new about 6 months ago, and put them into service
about 3 months ago:
Hewlett Packard Vectra VL5/133 computers:
Windows 95 installed
Mouse and Keyboard
Keyboard start and soft Power Down
80MB 60ns EDO RAM, expandable to 192MB
10BaseT/2 Network interface card
1.58GB HD
256KB Cache
1.44MB floppy drive
Three full-length (one PCI, one PCI/ISA, one ISA), and one half-length ISA
for AT or XT half-length card
Built-in I/O:
ECP/EPP bi-directional parallel
Two 9-pin serial ports (16550 UART)
Mini-DIN keyboard and mouse ports
One 15-pin VGA connector
On Board 64bit PCI S3 Trio64V2/DX Video chip with 1Mb of Dram
One VESA feature connector
These computers are reletively small: 16.5x5x15.5 (whd), and work verry well
with the Carroll Touch touchscreens, and Dan Hoehnen's ACE touchscreen
program. They also have many neat network and security features (they were
mainly designed for network office use). If you'd like a picture of these
computers, let me know.
I also have several spare 10BaseT cards, two 8 port 10BaseT hubs, and one 5
port 10BaseT hub to get sell. Let me know if interested.
Cheers!
Michael David
