I for one have no problems with having a modem for modem/fax things and
a phone card for phone recordings if that is what it takes under
Winblows to get good recordings. I am also still running DOS, biding my
time till I have the money to drop into a good new motherboard capable
of running Winblows and hoping a phone solution will develop before
then. When a solution is found. I am not opposed to dropping a decent
chunk of cash on a new "bigmouth" replacement if it will really do the
job under Winblows and allow us to take our sound quality into the more
than 8 bit future!!!
