Let me state first of all that I do not work for the company that writes
Gotcha, but I do use it. So that being said,
take a look at Gotcha at http://www.prescientsys.com for a good event based
video capture utility.

This will work under Windows 3.x. You can have the computer watch the area
in question with a Video Camera and
any Video input device. The Computer will record only on movement in view
of the video camera.

I hooked a System up with Gotcha and aimed the Camera at a Humming Bird
feeder. I was curious to see how much activity
and what type of Hummers visited the Feeder. I turned the capture on and
went to work. When I returned, I had about 3 minutes of video of the
Hummers swooping in, feeding and flying away. Kinda cool.

Now Page Down if you want to see the message on some video capture cards I
have for sale.

I was working on a project to provide video capture for a Business. The
Project was canned by the new owner and I now have more than I need for my
own use and no time to follow up on other uses.

I have new in box,
