Local message recorded OK and played back thru a speaker connected to
modem OK.

Called into ECS from 2nd phone line and recorded a test message.  When I
clicked on it to play it back (via modem speaker), I only heard the
first 5 words and each word decreased in volume as spoken, then didn't
hear any of the rest of the message.
