Yes, if it is not plug-and-pray. You go to "Add new hardware" and you
can try to have windows autodetect the new ports. Winblows may have
even detected them at startup and popped up a message saying so at
bootup. If Winblows does not autodetect them, you go to "Add new
hardware" and when it says hit next to autodetect, hit the other button
to do it manually and add a com port or parallel port one at a time.
Then you can go to your system and hardware profile and change the
addresses and IRQ's as required. You then may need to fight Winblows
for the use of the IRQ's.
