Morning all,
ECSB.ZIP (including ALL .EXEs) is ABOUT to be uploaded, and
incorporates the following changes (download by clicking
"BETA SOFTWARE" at the bottom of http://www.usit.com/omnip):

	4.0.015 (01/13/98)

    50)	ECS now supports more time zones for the
SUNRISE-TIME/SUNSET-TIME
Items. Also, negative latitudes may now be denoted via a setting
of 90 minus the latitude (e.g. 91 would denote a latitude of -1)
and negative longitudes may be denoted via a setting of 180 minus
the longitude (e.g. 181 would denote a longitude of -1).

	4.0.016 (01/??/98)

    51)	The Event Editor (Win & DOS versions) no longer loads a default
Event on entry, so as to avoid the delay in searching ECS.CFG.

    52)	VR.EXE now properly supports TRAINING when used with the latest
	Microsoft VR engine.

* 53)	ECS no longer allows Items to be set to "READ-ONLY" States via
Events or Initial States. For example, a Security-Sensor-A Item
cannot be set (forced) to SECURE/7, as such status should be
determined solely by the hardware. The chances are slim, but
this change MAY trigger some errors in your ECS.CFG. If so,
change the offending States or contact us for assistance.

    54)	ECS (all versions) now properly processes the DIM/BRIGHT
	repeat-count as sent by the CM11A (PLC-Interface-2H) when a
button is HELD DOWN on an X-10 console. Prior versions ignored
this count, and so would fail to accurately track the State of
of the applicable Light Item when this occurred.
