LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
Thanks to a little tip from Rockwell (in response to
a VERY carefully/diplomatically-written letter :-)),
I have discovered the secret to converting WAVE/PCM
files to WAVE/ROCKWELL files with minimal distortion
(there is still SOME, but I think you will find it
acceptable). What this means to you is that the
TTS->Modem distortion will be greatly reduced.
