Hi, currently the ecs-list is being hosted by me voluntarily on a
some-what suitable Internet connection.  I've considered moving this
server to a more reliable, very fast, connection to the Internet,
however, the costs of doing this are rather high.

Current Situation

The ecs-list is hosted on a fast Internet server, but the only problem
is the Internet connection.  Unfortunately, the connection to the
Internet I have was not designed for this purpose.  For this reason, I
have to keep a close eye on the amount of traffic going through the
system.

A Possibility
-------------
One way you can help me out is if you need Internet services like e-mail
or web hosting.  I'm in Canada, which means Canadians won't have to
waste money on CAN$->US$ conversion and Americans can receive more for
their buck.  Please e-mail me if you are interested.  Each person's
account would be set up to meet their needs.  This can and hopefully
will cover my costs if I decide to move the system.


I haven't made any decisions yet, but depending on what feedback I
receive (please send them to me privately), I may or may not go ahead
with this.  In any case, nothing will happen (if anything) until at
least March.
