ECSUPD.ZIP (including ALL .EXEs) is ABOUT to be uploaded, and
incorporates the following changes (download by clicking
"ECS UPDATES" at the bottom of http://www.usit.com/omnip).
When UNZIPPING, remember to use the "RESTORE DIRECTORIES"
option ("-d" with PKUNZIP). Otherwise, any included icon
files (*.ICN, *.BMP) will NOT be placed in ECS\ICONS.

    58)	ECS/WIN:A bug has been corrected which caused an error if TTS
	was attempted when VR was "awake" ("wave device busy").
