We may be crossing messages here, but here are a few last statements aimed at clearing things up. 1. ACE requires ACE-32.EXE to be running on the same pc as winamp if you want ACE to be able to monitor and control winamp. 2. ACE doesn't care about what file system is on any pc (fat16 or fat32 or ntfs). 3. The ACE Client and Server are 16 bit app's. This is intentional so that they can be run on any version of Windows from 3.1 to NT4. 4. The other ACE modules (ACE-MS, ACE-32, ACE-TTS) are 32 bit app's and so can only run on Win95 and later. 5. Again, no matter what ACE program you are running, 16 bit or 32 bit, the file system (fat16 or fat32 or ntfs) doesn't matter. Clear as mud?
