Here is a summary of items that three of us are having trouble with in ECST
/ DOS  4.0.

Paul Venables:
1 PCBell locks sys after playing a few notes of
bell tones I then try to (alt-s) to dos and the system freezes.

2 Plug-n-pray SB16 won't work

3 Iseek failure in message screen after deleting messages

4 Long distance caller-ID not displayed correctly

5 Free-Mem is 100k off from 3.4

6 Unable to play a voice recordings


DAvid M:
1 Plug and play SB16 will not work

2 Run from Ramdrive(D:), HD(C:) is accessed when switching between editor
screens; looking
at the W0.CFG file slows down screen writes

3 Long distance caller-id not displayed properly 123-456-7890 should be
1-234-567-8901

4 Cursor position bleeds through the screen saver


Wayne Whittenburg:
1 HAI thermostats does not work

2 Lseek errors

3 Seriously slower than 3.3/3.4 in both execution and screen switching

4 Misses some CID info

5 Error 'unsupported audio' when recording phone messages

6 Losing item states when rebooting

7 Losing entire (new) events when rebooting


That's the list. I am not sure id=f you need any further debug dumps but I
will try to get them for you if you wish. Looking forward to ECST 4.0 being
a solid version !
