Subject: From: Date: | Phone Message Playback Bill Walters Tue, 21 Jul 1998 18:56:39 -0500 |
I have a question that is a bit "odd" -
I'm using my touchscreen as a "serial-byte" type and have defined it as
a "keypad session". One of my buttons on the touchscreen causes
playback of messages. I would like to be able to delete a message from
the touchscreen also, as well as skip, but ECST halts all processing
while playing back messages (using ECST 3.3 with BIGMOUTH board) and
STATESMAN speech package. Any thoughts as to how this might be
accommplished (if at all)?
If I'm "out of luck" would upgrading to ECST 3.4 have any effect?
Lastly, could I have "local phone control" via ECSW if I used a
panasonic PBX (or similar)?
Thanks,
Bill Walters
