Mark,

I am using the most recent download of ECS.  I find that I cannot rename
items.  I enter the Item editor and pick any item.  Change that name to
something different.  When I go to save I get an error on approximately line
2000:  Error Invalid State "33%"

I tired running debug but it simply contains that error line.  This happens
with every item I have tried to change the name for.  Line 2000 is the name
of a group (Lights on "A") in ecs.cfg.  I have NOTHING anywhere in ecs.cfg
that is being set to 33%.
