I'd also like an event window that works better. As I've started to use
4.0.018, I find it hard to edit events. When I place the cursor in an event
and start typing (or example, I type "do" into the beginning of a line), the
cursor "warps" to the wrong place when I hit Tab. It never goes to the next
part of the line correctly. It's really annoying, so much so I'm searching
through my archives to see if I can regain the old DOS GUI in 4.0... even
though I really, really, really like being able to edit events and items at
the same time now.
It's amazing how important a little thing like tab order can be.
