PC2000 specs call for the complete removal of the ISA and the Legacy type
hardware that goes with it. ISA won't be with us too much longer and may not
be worth the investment. The PCI PnP bus allows a kind of sharing of IRQs
which relieves some of the problems with ISA resources.
