Hi Bill!
If you type the command directly in ACE's ECS DDE monitor window, does it
work?
Try this:
I,Event-Call,,Set,{event name}
It should work. Spelling error, maybe? :)

Dan,
Hmm, using name for state doesn't work for me, wonder why? I must be
doing something wrong.
I'm using "Event-Call" for the item, "Set" for the operation, and "Event
Name" (w/o quotes) for the state.
