Hello all ,

My ECS upgrade project has been delayed, and I am about ready to upgrade.

After the glowing reports on 4.0, how can I resist?

I am still using 3.3 for DOS.

I'd like to go to 4.0 for DOS, so I can correct all the code changes first.
Then I'll do Windows.

Where are the programs ?

I looked in ftp.gallops.com and didn't see what I was expecting.
