   You may have NEVER had a discrepancy, but I think that is due more you
your local phone company or other circumstances beyond your control.  99% of
my out of area calls show no number, it is only about 1% that show
'out-of-area' as a name, but have a valid number.
   I suspect that ECS is the problem.  Not really a bug, but just the phone
companies throwing Mark a curve ball.  I don't think he ever expected to
receive an 'out-of-area' name with a valid phone number.
