Hi Mark S!
You might try inverting the polarity on the LEDs. I seem to remember,
somewhere way back in the reverb of my mind, that some the emitters I got
from HAL back in 91-92, needed this to work.

Mark, I don't know what to tell you. I use a generic send with mine as
I don't have any duplicated equipment and don't need to send to specific
equipment. I honestly have not really tried to do specific sends yet.
I use dual emitters, but I can not find the brand name. They were from
HAS and their catalog does not show a brand. I will play with the
specific sends and let you know.
