Sounds like you have it hooked up correctly. If you use the
Phone-Interface-C behind the PBX then you will likely have to get a second
CID box as PBXs usually eat call-id info. Which brings up the following
question: Will ECS support 2 Phone-Interface-C's the first used for
Answering and the second used for CID only ?
