Hi Mark! You know - mine has too - for at least 7 years now. I'm always surprised at how other people have problems with theirs. One thing I know I am doing differently than most, is that I don't use the unit for receiving i/r signals at all, other than to learn the codes initially. All I do is transmit i/r signals. Cheers!
