ECSU.ZIP (ECS.EXE/ECSD.EXE/ECST.EXE) has been uploaded,
and incorporates the following changes (download by clicking

	4.0.021 (02/28/98)

    62)	Corrected a bug which prevented the appropriate States from
	being supported with the HVAC-SETTING-B Item when defined for
	"Calibration Offset".

    63)	The default for the "Message Purge Days" field (defined in
	SETTINGS) has been changed from 0 to 1000: When the number
	of messages exceeds 1000, the older messages will be deleted
	(excluding unplayed phone messages).

*   64)	ECS/WIN: The KEYBOARD-EVENT Item now reflects the
ACTIVE/INACTIVE
	state of the specified Window ONLY if the specified key is NONE.
	Otherwise, it is normally IDLE. This change was made, so as to
	avoid the delay it takes for ECS to constantly check the active
	state of Windows which are actually only used for "output"
	(keystrokes/clicks).

    65)	A bug has been corrected which could result in a funny error
	message ("ERROR:State "") if the SUNRISE-TIME/SUNSET-TIME Items
	were modified.

    66)	A bug has been corrected which prevented the
"ECS_PLC_IFC_2G_MODEL=0"
	command from being properly recognized (only applicable to OLDER
	TimeCommanders).

    67)	Corrected a dimming problem with the TimeCommander
(PLC-INTERFACE-2G).

    68)	ECS/WIN: Corrected bug which prevented icons from being properly
	updated when a Light or Appliance was manually set ON or OFF
	in the Group Screen.
