Hello all,
Steve Rauco (graphics artist & new ECS user) has
been kind enough to create new bulb icons.
They need something, but I'm not sure what to
suggest. So I have uploaded them to ECSB.ZIP
in hopes of getting your feedback.

To review them with ECS:
1) Download ECSB.ZIP
   (click "BETA SOFTWARE" at bottom of web page).
2) Backup ECS/ICONS/BULB*.BMP
3) Unzip ECSB.ZIP in ECS/ICONS

Two major questions are whether the % text should
appear in the icon, and if we should stick with my
original approach of "filling" the bulb as it gets
brighter. The new bulbs simply get brighter, which
is great, but this introduces a background/contrast
problem (bulb disappears when dim). Maybe an OUTLINE
of the bulb ?
