After sleeping on it, I woke with a following
vision of the BULB & LAMP Icons:
1) All will have a black background.
2) All bulbs will have a bright-white outline.
3) The internal color of the bulb will brighten to
   correspond to the brightness level (as they do now).
4) The percentage text will be centered within the bulb,
   and its color will vary for maximum contrast with the
   bulb color (e.g. if the bulb if OFF/BLACK, the text
   will be white; if it is ON/WHITE, the text will be
   black).
Thoughts ?
