Hi Mark:
  I finally understand how to make EDM work, so some degree. I'm trying to
parse a text file that runs past 80 characters. When TTS runs into that long
line it brings up a
record overflow error message and stops. Is there an EDM command that will
insert a carriage return after 80 characters? Is there a command that will
allow me to delete
some blank lines?
