Thanks to cpt.tmp from Frank, I was able to find the problem:
Turns out that the applicable phone companies are sending out
"multiple" messages in which TWO numbers are defined.
The first is the real number and the 2nd is a bogus "O"
(I know not why). ECS detects and processes this 2nd number,
overwriting the 1st.
I now ignore this 2nd number if it is a single digit
(O or P) and a number has already been found in the
packet.
I will let you all know when I upload the fix.
