  Again, sorry to be so unclear. The column widths go way past 80
characters.
I need to insert a carriage return so the column width is something that TTS
can
read. I have attached the file in question if you want to try it. All said,
I think that
it is an editing problem not TTS.

  Northerly winds have increased through and below the passes of the Santa Ynez Mountains.
At 7 am...Las Flores Canyon reported northwest winds at 32 mph. Northerly winds of around
25 mph with local gusts to around 40 mph will continue through and below passes in the
Santa Ynez Mountains today before diminishing this evening.
