To all on the list, I am sorry for the incomplete posts
I have been sending lately...my DOS mail reader at work
is screwing up...

 As per prevoius message, I think my problem is formatting
not ECS. I don't think TTS can read a file where the character
line exceedes 120 characters. Did you have a chance to look at
the file I sent you earlier? That is why I was looking for an
EDM command that would limit the column count. If you wish me to
persue this, I certainly will. I'm not home, but when I am, I will
create a text file with a long column count, recreate the error,
and send you the dump.
