ECSU.ZIP (ECS/ECST/ECSD/ED) has been uploaded, and incorporates
the following changes (download by clicking "ECS UPDATES" at
the bottom of http://www.usit.com/omnip).

	4.0.022 (03/09/98)

*   69)	ECS/WIN: ECS now converts all PHONE-INTERFACE-C recordings
(phone
	messages and PHONE-RECORDING-C Items) to .WAV files immediately
	after recording is complete, so as to avoid a conversion delay
	if/when the recording is later played thru VOICE-INTERFACE-C
	(WAVE device).

    70)	ECS/WIN: The hour-hand of the CLOCK icons now properly reflect
	the state of the minute-hand (e.g. if the minute is 1:30, the
	hour hand will be halfway btw 1 and 2.

    71)	ECS/WIN: All clock icons with hour hands now show every hour
	mark on the clock (12AM, 1AM, etc). Previously, only 12/3/6/9
	marks were shown.

    72)	All bug has been corrected which could cause an existing
	recording (PHONE-RECORDING-x/VOICE-RECORDING-x) to be
	overwritten on Item-save IF it was not recorded with ECS.

    73)	Prior to save, the Event editor now checks to assure that all
	BEGINIFs have matching ENDIFs, WHILEs have matching ENDWHILEs,
	and that no extra ENDIFs or ENDWHILEs exist.
