   I might be interested in this.  How long is the cable?  My ECS computer is in the
basement but the stereo and TV I would like to control are upstairs in the living room.
 Would it be possible to hook it this way or would the stereo have to be pretty much
right by the ECS computer?

Hey guys.

If anyone is interested in buying my One-For-All 8 and One-For-All 6 remotes
with the SERIAL CABLE, drop me a line. You can control these with a
Serial-Byte item from within ECS, it's really easy. (Check a back issue of
Home Automator for a how-to). These are terrific for those of you not yet
willing to shell out the bucks for a HomeVision or Stargate.

I'm asking $30  (+ $4 shipping) for the two remotes and the (outrageously
expensive) special serial cable. If I don't get a bite at that, though, deal
me down!
