What we must remember here is that an automated house should have
perfectly grown green grass.  Doesn't the house water on it's own with
respect to rain fall and humidity and wind?  Doesn't the house mow on
it's own with respect to water and sun and temp and grass height? 
Doesn't the house weed on it's own with respect to known weeds on a list
updated monthly like a computer virus list?  Why shouldn't the grass be
green?  Do you see any spots on the window glass???
