I'm trying to get CID to work, but as yet can get nothing. I have Phone Blaster 28.8
and the phone company says they turned on the CID. I am using the Phone service event
that came with ECS. When a call comes in I look at the phone group screen the item for
Caller-ID-C never changes. I also do not see an entry in the log even though 'Phone
service' says 'If Caller-ID-C is not now none then Caller-ID-C set log'.
Any thoughts?
