Tom,
Are you SURE that ECS is not logging any errors
related to this modem/Item ?
Is it handling voice-mail OK ?
If you have two phone lines:
1) Press ctrl-x
2) Call yourself and wait for 2nd ring.
3) Press alt-x
4) email me ELG.TMP
