General reminder to all:

When reporting a problem, please provide the following
information, so that I might assist you as quickly as
possible:

o The program you are using (ECS.EXE, ECSD.EXE, or ECST.EXE).
o The type/speed of your PC's CPU.
o The EXACT error message reported by ECS (if any).
  If multiples are reported, it is the FIRST one that counts.
o DETAILED (step-by-step) INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REPRODUCE THE
  PROBLEM. If I can reproduce it, I will usually correct it
  within 24 hours.
o Any other pertinent details. PLEASE BE VERY SPECIFIC.

I suggest that everyone save a copy of this list, which
you may use when submitting problem reports. TANX :-).
