Re: [ECS] Speak-Messages problem

Apparently the speech SDK I was using was the cause of my problems. When I finally
gave up after a full system reload not helping, I broke down and read your
documentation, and this time, actually followed it.

Instead of using the speech SDK (v3.0) installer I had installed previously with ECS
3.4, I downloaded the new one (v4) following your links. Lo and behold, my speech
works again!!! (All except the initial "ECS at your service" startup message - it's
skipped for some reason. But I'm not going to worry about it.)

Moral of the story, even when you think you've got the proper files, scrap 'em and get
new ones.

Next weekend I'll start working on the voice-modem again.
