RE: [ECS] new beta fixes NT problem

Hi Michael,

Well, I only have the limited version of ecs since I just use it to test
the interface with ace. But, ecsw seems to run just fine on my NT pc. I
should say, though, that I have gotten a few gpf's from the dde manager
in Windows when running ecs, ace server and ace client all on my NT pc.
I can't tell if it is ecs, ace or something else causing the gpf. It
very well could be that the ace server is tryign to access a dde function
when ecs is no longer running that is causing the problem.

I have never had a problem running ecs and ace server on my Win95 pc (and
the ace client on a different pc connected via the net).
