Upgrading from 3.4 to 4.x ECST.exe

I am interested in upgrading to the new version 4 of ECST as I am not yet able
to be in the market for a windows capable motherboard. I downloaded the update
for non-beta systems and unziped it to find only the executables. My question,
before I get my system mucked up, do I need to do anything special to upgrade to
dos ECST 4.x? I seem to remember that 4.x has files named differently in the
setup and configuration files. As an overview, what do I need to change/install
to upgrade to the new dos ECST? Also, the update zip file did not include an
upd.doc as to the changes I need to make in my ecs.cfg file. Where do I get any
files or the full 4.x update nowadays if I need it?

Thanks
Dan
