Does BEGINIF support the boolean conditionals AND and OR?  I want to use it
in a case such as this:

BEGINIF   Day Name   Is GE   Monday
And       Day Name   IS LE   Friday
...
ENDIF

That's a situation I'm looking to do for Weekday timed events, the times in
their own nested BEGINIF subroutines, although it could come in handy other
places.  Beats setting up code to figure out Weekday/Weekend status.
